1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Powland's EV charging equipment, software, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our products and services.
These terms apply to all users of our charging equipment, including but not limited to charging station operators, end users, and business partners.
2. Product Usage and Specifications
Powland EV charging equipment must be used in accordance with the specifications and guidelines provided. Our products support various configurations including AC 7kW (single-phase), 11kW/22kW (three-phase), and DC 20kW-200kW charging capabilities.
3. Warranty and Quality Assurance
Powland products are manufactured under ISO9001 quality management system and carry certifications including CE, UKCA, and ETL. Our equipment features IP66 protection rating, IK08 impact resistance, and comprehensive safety protections including UVP, OVP, OCP, OTP, and relay arc protection.
Warranty coverage and terms vary by product and region. Please refer to your specific product documentation for detailed warranty information.
4. OCPP Protocol and System Integration
Our charging stations support OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1 protocols for seamless integration with mainstream Charging Point Management Systems (CPMS). Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their chosen management platform.
Dynamic load balancing and smart energy management features require proper network configuration and may depend on third-party systems beyond Powland's direct control.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Powland strives to provide reliable charging solutions, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment under warranty terms.
Users assume responsibility for proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment in accordance with provided guidelines and local regulations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in Powland products, including but not limited to software, firmware, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Powland. White-label customization services are provided under separate licensing agreements.
Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
Our charging equipment may collect operational data for performance monitoring, maintenance purposes, and service improvement. This data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from end users regarding data collection and ensuring compliance with local privacy regulations.
8. Termination and Modification
Powland reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
For international customers, specific terms may be governed by local laws as outlined in regional service agreements.
